Glances across the room
Body language of curiosity How it all provokes our minds We try not stare, or make it seem like we are Interested in what we see So we turn the other way And make them believe That what we feel Is nothing, nothing at all The games we play isn't it a ball? Confrontation, and false conversation And impression we try to make We be anything but our honest selves, too caught up in Being fake. Our best selves, we try to be, so interesting so full of life. Please o Pleaseā¦I'd make a good wife. Hiding our imperfection, our own scars Let's hide the true beauty, the real women that we are Let's put on more make up and show some skin Let's lose a little weight, let's stay thin Grow more beautiful, that's what it will be It's all about the exterior, what only the eye can see. Well see that's what seems to matter anyway, when in first meeting. We have come to believe, that everything is in the first greeting. What ever happened to knowing the soul, the mind, and the heart. Let's do something different, we'll do a different start. by: Trizh
